Job Title: Webinar/Webcast Event Operator -- Flexible Schedule for Part-time/Full-time Positions

We are looking for energetic, technology-savvy, and service oriented people to join our team as Webinar/Webcast Operators. You will be responsible for managing client events and their use of our technology and services. If you are looking for a flexible, casual, exciting position with the potential for working from home (office visit will be required for training and scheduled as needed), then this is the job for you.

Intellor Group's mission is to provide a suite of webinar, webcast and multimedia solutions to corporations and associations for conducting marketing, training and other communications programs. Our solutions range from web-based, self-service management of events, to full-service, "white glove" events. Intellor Group is an AT&T Solution Provider and our solutions are tightly coupled with AT&T Connect, a core product of the AT&T Unified Communications strategy. We are growing rapidly and seek an energetic individual with a hands-on leadership style to manage our growing list of clients. The ideal candidate should:

  • Possess a strong customer service attitude
  • Be comfortable working in a Windows PC environment
  • Be a strong user of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Possess good time management skills, and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and setting priorities
  • Be comfortable with public speaking (fluent English required)
  • Feel an excitement to be working with leading edge, web-based communications programs

Responsibilities:

  • Emcee/moderate webinars and webcasts
  • Conduct speaker training sessions and client dry-runs
  • Assist with presentation material preparation
  • Troubleshoot technology issues in support of speakers and attendees
  • Communicate and document webinar success, failures and action items to Client Services Manager
  • Maintain familiarity with other Intellor Group products and services

Skills that are a plus

  • Experience with webinar technologies such as Webex, Live Meeting, AT&T Connect, Adobe Connect
  • Experience with registration, membership, or association management systems
  • Meeting planning or customer services experience
  • Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere
  • IT helpdesk skills

Working Location: Intellor is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland, but since webinars and webcasts are internet-based events, working remotely will be considered if you have an appropriate home office environment. - no relocation is offered with this position.

Employment Status: Part Time, Full Time, Employee and Contractor options
