Webinar Production Services
From reviewing and optimizing content to drafting email text, coordinating rehearsals to managing Q&A, a lot of hard work goes into producing a successful webinar. Whether you just want a second set of eyes or need someone to take it off your plate entirely, professional producers are available to support you through the planning, execution and closeout of your event.
Project Management
If you are conducting a high-profile event, producers play a project management role. Beginning with a kickoff call, your producer will develop a project plan and manage against
milestones to ensure event readiness. In addition to basic configuration support, the producer will load and optimize your content and provide best practice training for presenters prior to the event. Your producer will act as a moderator – welcoming attendees, delivering housekeeping messages, introducing presenters and managing Q&A, as well as providing on-air support.
Basic Set-up
A professional producer will configure AT&T Connect audio and web technology per your requirements. On the date of the event, the producer and your presenters will log on prior to the scheduled start of the event for a high-level review of the technology, as well as connectivity testing.
On-Air Support
At the scheduled start time your producer will welcome attendees, provide a brief overview of the technology, and then remain on the line to provide technical support to your presenters and attendees.
Program Consultation
Whether you are new to webinars or simply stretched too thin to manage the process, Intellor Group offers professional services that extend beyond configuration and project management, including ROI analysis, content development and more.
