Founder & CEO
In 2000, teleconferencing was critical but organizations were also beginning to embrace emerging web conferencing technologies.
Rich envisioned Intellor as a next-gen conference call provider – delivering exceptional and innovative teleconferencing, including Operator Assisted Conferencing, combined with Webinar Hosting to address technology access gaps and Webinar Services to improve production values.
Since 2000, Intellor has enabled Town Hall Meetings, Product Launches, Press Calls, Citizen Engagement, Training, and Inter-Agency Communications for thousands of worldwide users, reaching millions, and becoming a trusted partner to thousands of communicators.
Maggie Logan
VP of Customer Success
Maggie joined Intellor in 2011 to build a federal line of business to complement Intellor’s enterprise success. Cultivating trusted relationships with key channel partners, she delivered early agency wins, then created onboarding and lifecycle management programs that propelled customer advocacy, increased CLTV, and established strong past-performance.
She now manages Intellor’s federal LOB, as well as marketing, sales, and account management teams focused on customer success across enterprise, federal, and SLED markets.
Mike McCollum
VP of IT
Mike joined Intellor in 2023 to lead infrastructure and security initiatives. As a critical addition to the executive team, Mike aligns our implementation of leading-edge technologies with information technology and security best practices to ensure customer solutions are reliable and secure, as well as innovative.
With decades of experience leading DevOps, Information Technology, Information Security, and Technology Compliance teams, Mike brings deep experience and a security-first perspective to build/buy/partner analyses, architectural decision-making, and product releases.
Joe Lombardo
VP of Product
Joe joined Intellor in 2020 to lead development teams and initiatives toward Intellor’s customer-centric view of the future of conferencing technology. He focused first on people – realigning resources and teams to bring the right expertise to the highest business priorities – and processes – driving efficiency, learning, and agility.
His ongoing focus is on delivering flexible and scalable platforms supportive of unique customer communication use cases.
