Changes to Webex Implementation

Summary: Updates to Webex-based events Q4 2023

Speaker entry changes.

At intellor.com, we will ask you to identify speakers in advance. This allows us to flag them to join directly as panelists (Webinars) or more quickly identify them in the lobby (Meetings). Speakers can still join as attendees and be promoted, of course.

An event date or time change may change your conference links.

In this case, our scheduling team will call you to review options before taking any action.

Webex capacity is 1,000.

Larger events – up to 5000 – are supported on the Zoom platform.

Changed audio options.

Speakers and attendees may use computer audio or a separate, Intellor teleconference that we provide. Webex Call-me audio is unavailable at this time.  

If integrated (call-me) audio is a priority, the Zoom platform may be the best-fit for your event.
