  • Standard requests are processed during administrative office hours – Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. US Eastern Time, excluding holidays – within 48 hours.
  • If off-hours service is required, please leave a message on our priority line at 301.250.7202 after submitting your request.
  • All requests are subject to resource availability.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes & cancellations should be requested by “reply-all” to your original ticket, with number [##1111##] for example –  included.
  • Change & cancellation requests are processed during our standard administrative office hours – Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. US Eastern Time, excluding holidays – within 48 hours.

Event Reports

All applicable and available reports will be delivered by your Event Producer following your event.

Audio Recordings (.mp3, .wav, dial-in replay): 2 business days

Video-Web Recordings (.mp4, hosted replay): 3 business days

Transcripts: 4 business days

*Schedule for events with a duration of <90minutes.
